Beginning in the Forest, Ending in Style

Utilizing domestically-sourced Ambrosia Maple lumber, we provide customers with an optimal combination of quality, durability, and sustainability. The origin of our product lies within our local forests, where we employ selective cutting surveyors to identify trees suitable for harvest on private wood lots. With utmost care, single logging roads are meticulously created on the property to facilitate access for logging skidders, minimizing damage to the wood lot. The logging skidders employ cable systems to safely extract the trees, acknowledging the hazardous nature of their profession, which demands skill, patience, and a genuine passion for this line of work. Once tagged, the logs are transported to nearby mills, where either band saws or circular blades are utilized to impart Timbercrafts' distinctive aesthetic. Our meticulous crafting process accentuates the authentic mill marks present in our final products. Subsequently, the lumber undergoes seasoning and kiln drying to yield stable and long-lasting wood, ideal for our furniture.
