Shipping policy

  • Delivery and setup services can be provided for an additional fee (The assembly in the desired room will be covered by this fee). The delivery rates are determined based on one vehicle and two delivery employees per shipment. In the case of heavy or oversized items, we kindly request your assistance if required.
  • Furthermore, it is our company's policy to refrain from relocating any furniture that belongs to our customers and is already positioned. This measure is implemented to ensure the safety and well-being of both our staff and ourselves. Lastly, as a precautionary measure for health concerns, our staff members will not handle or come into contact with any customer's current mattress or box spring.
  • It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the furniture can fit through all obstacles, such as doors and stairways, both inside and outside their house or vehicle. Additionally, customers are accountable for providing a clear path for the delivery team on their property, free from any obstacles or hazards. This includes clearing snow and ice, as well as addressing any potential hazards.
  • Please be aware that due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to guarantee the exact time and date of deliveries. However, deliveries are typically scheduled in morning, afternoon, and evening time slots from Monday to Thursday. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
  • Pickup We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Usually ready in 9-10 weeks. To schedule, call 416-574-9349. Bring moving blankets and straps for furniture safety.
  • Our typical production lead time is 9–10 weeks. During the winter season, lead times may extend to 12–14 weeks due to weather conditions such as winter storms and potential road closures that can impact transportation and logistics. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
