Warranty

One Year Limited Manufacturers Warranty

Timbercrafts Furniture prides itself on the exceptional quality of its products and stands firmly behind them with a comprehensive warranty. Customers can rest assured knowing that their furniture is protected for a full year from the date of purchase. This warranty guarantees that any defects in materials or workmanship will be promptly addressed, ensuring that customers receive furniture that is flawless and free from imperfections. However, it is important to note that rustic furniture possesses a unique charm with an intentionally uneven finish that may vary throughout the piece. These variations are not considered defects, but rather inherent characteristics of rustic furniture. Customers can expect to find smooth spots, rough spots, and dry spots, particularly on ends, and rough sections. Additionally, due to the nature of the wood's uneven usage, there may be occasional runs and overspray. Rest assured, these features contribute to the rustic appeal of the furniture and not considered as defects.

Additionally, it is essential to understand that the warranty does not cover instances of consumer misuse. If the furniture is damaged due to improper use or care, the warranty will not apply. Customers should take care to follow the manufacturer's instructions for care and maintenance to ensure that their furniture remains in good condition.

Finally, it is worth mentioning that wood furniture not maintained within the recommended humidity range of 40% - 60% may undergo shrinkage or expansion, and such occurrences are not covered under this warranty. Customers should take care to maintain the proper humidity levels in their homes to prevent any damage to their furniture.

Overall, Timbercrafts Furniture's warranty provides customers with peace of mind and ensures that they receive high-quality furniture that is free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Table & Chair Placement

Table & Chair Placement Restrictions

Our chairs and tables have specific limitations regarding chair placement and dimensional fit. For example, the design and dimensions of Harvest tables, Trestle tables, Pedestal tables, and Extension tables may restrict the number of chairs that can be accommodated. Moreover, the design of the pedestal can affect how closely the chairs can be tucked under the top. The base of the table also plays a role in determining where the chairs can be positioned along the sides and the distance between each chair. In some cases, the chairs may straddle the base, concealing the end of the table. To ensure that the table layout aligns with the chair layout, please reach out to us. At Timbercrafts Furniture Inc., it is essential for customers to confirm that placement has been considered and confirmed. Please be aware that orders cannot be cancelled after the cool-off period mentioned in our return policy, returned, or considered as a warranty request due to fit or chair placement issues.

Doors & Drawers

Opening & Closing of Doors & Drawers

Our range of products is constructed using sturdy solid wood materials. However, it is important to note that improper usage may result in damages that are not covered by the warranty. Over-extending doors can lead to the splitting and breaking of door frames, while opening a door beyond its intended range can cause the door spine to snap. Drawers should be opened and closed in a regular manner to avoid any potential damage to the drawer box. Additionally, if the product tips over while the drawer is open, it can result in the crushing of the drawer box.

Centre Leaves

Humidity & Centre Leaves

In the event of humidity fluctuations, the fit of leaves and tops may differ. If there is a gap in the center of the leaf and top when leaves are installed, while being tight on the outer edges, it suggests higher humidity levels than usual. This is a typical variation and does not fall under warranty coverage.

In low humidity conditions, center leaf tables will exhibit gaps on the outer sides of the leaves and tops. The center of the table and leaf will make contact first. This is a normal occurrence for solid wood tables in environments with low humidity.
